Davina - Fit in 15
Fit in 15 is very simple: just do a combination of 15 minute workouts to see results. There are four main workouts:
- Cardio 15: 30 second bursts of high intensity training alternated with 15 seconds rest periods
- Arms 15: High intensity exercises with weights
- Legs 15: A squat-tastic fifteen minutes of high energy leg exercises
- Core 15: Fifteen minutes of intense abdominals work
